Leading up to the official launch of the Apple Watch, many developers are working hard on bringing their own apps to the platform. Now, as revealed by a video originally published by TechCrunch, what a “to do” app might look like an Apple’s upcoming wearable has been revealed. The app was put together by developer Todoist, which already has a popular to do app available for iOS, and showcases what’s already been expected for quite some time: Apple Watch apps will be pretty straightforward in the information they present, and the way that they are interacted with. While this isn’t necessarily the final version, this is an ideal “ready-to-ship” option, and could very well be quite similar to the public version that launches sometime down the road.
At the end of January it was reported that some developers were being asked to have their apps for the Apple Watch ready to go by “mid-February,” so it’s no surprise that we’re starting to see more developers showcase what they’ve been working on for Apple’s upcoming wearable.
It would appear that the Apple Watch will stick to its goal, and present information in a way that’s easily digested in quick looks at the device. From what Todoist has shown off, it looks like the Apple Watch could be the perfect companion device.
