The roles within the upcoming JOBS biopic from writer Aaron Sorkin have been a constant source of interesting news pieces, as some actors join the project and others bail.According to a report recently published by The Hollywood Reporter, actress Perla Haney-Jardine has been cast as a leading role within the upcoming biopic, as she will be playing Steve Jobs’s daughter, Lisa Brennan-Jobs. Previously, it had been reported that Natalie Portman would be cast in the role, but she would eventually pass on the project. Most recently, reports of the casting of Kate Winslet suggested she would play as Brennan-Jobs.
As it stands now, Michael Fassbender has been cast as Steve Jobs, while reports suggest that Seth Rogen will play Steve Wozniak. Danny Boyle will be behind the camera as director, while Aaron Sorkin penned the screenplay which was adapted from Walter Isaacson’s autobiography of the former Apple CEO.
