The technology giant iBall has decided to get a taste of the smartphone market which is even more fragmented than the fledging Android tablet market with its brand new Andi 2 smartphone, which costs Rs 9,999. The new handset has been designed to grab the interest of the young urban users. The smartphone runs on Android 2.2 (really?), a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen, an 800MHz processor, a 3 megapixel camera and a front facing VGA camera.
