This is extremely great news for thousands of Indian android developers. Google has currently allowed Indian developers to publish paid apps on Google Play, the App Marketplace for android. until now solely free Indian apps were allowed to be publish.

Till recent times, developers required to possess a bank account in either United States of America, United Kingdom or choose few countries which might be connected with their play store account. Now, that may changeand developers will be ready to save prices and provides android users premium apps. Google has not yetdeclared this in public, however, Google has listed India jointly of 32 countries wherever developers will register as Google Checkout merchants and sell paid applications on Google Play store.

Although, Indians are allowed to open a Google Checkout merchant account, they'll not be ready to use all the services that Google checkout offers. Indians will use the account only to sell apps on Google Appstore. they can notuse Google Checkout account to sell product on any other web site. that's allowed for users in U.S. and UK only.
