The to-do list manager Finish, which won an Apple Design Award, has been updated to version 3.0, and with it, opened up its suite of features without the need of an in-app purchase.Previously, Finish required an in-app purchase that cost $1.99 for users to unlock the full suite of features baked into the popular application. Now, though, with the latest update, those features have been opened up for everyone, and the “Finish More” purchase button has been removed entirely. According to the app’s developer, Ryan Orbuch, this move was made so that students could get more done. Hopefully.
As of the time of this writing it does not appear that the iTunes link for the app is showing an updated version of the app. However, it should be rolling out soon, and updates should be landing on devices shortly.
