Facebook is no stranger to launching stand-alone applications, even ones that tend to do the same thing as another one of their apps. One of the nicer options from the social networking giant is Paper, and it’s just received a noteworthy update. With this newest update, which brings the version up to version 1.2.5 and is the latest update to the app since October of 2014, Paper adds a new path of sharing photos right from the app, and through the Favorites function within the Photos app introduced with iOS 8. Now, when an image has been favorited within Photos, Paper can access that image directly and offer to share it easily enough.
More than that, though, images within the Photos app when searched for within Paper will be organized chronologically from this point on, hopefully making it easier to find the image a user is looking for.
Of course, the update also aims to improve overall performance and squash the necessary bugs behind the scenes. It measures in at just over 51MB, and it’s pushing out to devices now. A download link to the app is below for those who haven’t tried out Paper yet.
