Apple routinely adds new channels to the Apple TV, sometimes more often than not and sometimes in waves. Lately, Apple’s had a bit of a focus on sports, it seems.

In the last month, Apple has added two pretty big sports-focused channels to the Apple TV listing, starting with Cricket Australia being added to the mix in a more regional capacity. For a broader scope, though, Apple added the Tennis Channel to the lineup, letting everyone get into the fun as long as they have the set-top box.

Now, Apple has also added 120 Sports to the channel listings. The new channel, of which is partially backed by Sports Illustrated, is a channel that’s built specifically to bring the best sports content from any day’s events to the viewer, whenever they want. Moreover, 120 Sports does not require a cable subscription to access its content, or any kind of subscription for that matter.

Viewers can watch content from several different leagues, including the NHL, NBA, NFL, MLB, the PGA Tour and more.

The Apple TV channel features three different sections: the Dashboard, Catch-Up and Timeline. The app is self-described as:

a first-of-its-kind network partnership involving multiple leagues and media properties created for the digital generation and the devices it uses most. In 120 Sports, today’s fans will have access to unauthenticated video programming through a new platform built to intuitively integrate video and data in ways they haven’t experienced before.

The channel should be present on the Apple TV now.
