As usual, Apple has stepped up the speed in which it releases the newest betas for OS X Yosemite 10.10.2, indicating the public release is coming soon.

On Wednesday, January 21, Apple officially seeded the sixth OS X Yosemite 10.10.2 beta to developers. The new build is version 14C106a, and it’s available through the usual methods: via the Software Update mechanism within the Mac App Store, or through the Mac Dev Center.

Apple is still asking developers to focus on certain aspects with this latest beta, including Wi-Fi, the stock Mail app, and VoiceOver. While the OS X 10.10.1 update did fix some of those issues, many Yosemite users are still reporting some lingering problems with their Wi-Fi connectivity, so it’s no surprise that Apple is still working on patching things up.
