Apple’s last event saw the unveiling of new iPhones, new iPads, Apple Pay, and even the Apple Watch. As usual, it was a busy day for a lot of products.

While the end-of-year event is generally the biggest, it is not the company’s only effort to unveil new things. According to a new rumor from iGen [translated], a French Apple-focused site, and citing unnamed sources, Apple is currently planning on hosting its first media event of 2015 at the tail-end of February. According to the report, the event could take place in the last week of that month, with the date rumored for February 24.

As for the details of the event, as expected there is not much information. However, as far as the products that will go on stage, the report suggests it could see the Apple Watch take center stage again, as Apple ignites yet another batch of hype for the upcoming wearable, which is on schedule to ship in April. However, while the wearable will obviously be a huge topic of conversation, a MacBook may be what the event is really for.

The report points out that it is likely the 12-inch MacBook, which has been rumored constantly for quite some time, will be the ultimate star of the show. It’s been predicted, most notably by KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, that the 12-inch MacBook will debut in March, so a February event would indeed herald its arrival in a big way.

Update: For what it’s worth, 9to5Mac has weighed in, and it turns out that maybe Apple is not going to have an event in February.
